Unique property designed by a well known Puerto Rican architect, on 1 acre of land, 4-5 minutes walking distance from Buye Beach, famous for its crystalline waters and its white sand shores. Enjoy a lovely private swimming pool(47 feet long by 15 wide) and a small basketball court on the premises. We have electric generator that begins to fuction as soon as it detects a power failure. There are 3 individual Houses which are rented together to just one family or group of friends (Each house for 4 people only) If there are more than 8 people and you use all three houses you pay $200.00 extra per night (no more than 12 people are accepted) a total of $700.00 per night for all 12 guest. Therefore, you will have total use of the property which was especially designed for the tropics. The architect planned all three houses to have sea breezes circulating freely, releasing heat and causing serenity and tranquility. In addition, the owner, an artist, has filled the houses with his own and others' beautiful works of art. Each house has three levels. On the first level there is an open, spacious terrace. Inside is a living room, a kitchen with all appliances, a 1/2 bathroom, and access to the backyard garden with trees, ornamental plants, and a BBQ area. On the second level, the area is divided into two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom in the First House has a king-size bed, bathrooms, closets, and access to wooden decks. Ascending to the third level takes you to smaller decks with impressive views of the sea, mangroves, rolling hills, and marvelous sunsets. Delight in walking to nearby Punta Guaniquilla's "hiking trails," where you are close to the ocean and can enjoy birdwatching.
