The space The condo is on the second floor (exterior stairs). Windows and doors face west (towards Mt. San Jacinto) and south (towards Margaritaville). As a corner unit in the corner building of The Riv, the location is very private. The parking lot is adjacent to the condo. There's one dedicated covered spot, plus additional uncovered spots available. Guest access The Riv is a gated community. You will receive a gate access code. Other things to note Living room and each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and HBOmax apps (no cable). The downtown area (Palm Springs Art Museum, Forever Marilyn, etc.) is about a 6 min drive away (1.8 mi). If you choose to walk and you like coffee, Koffi is a great stop along the way!
