The Pool Garden House is an idyllic 65 sqm residence with a private pool and garden located on a quiet street with easy parking just a 3-minute walk from the beach, as well as restaurants, cafes, and beach bars. It is a comfortable, sunny, secure, and fully equipped space where guests can relax while exploring the beauties of the Athenian Riviera. Our sunny residence is available for holidays all year round. The space The interior space of the ground floor residence includes two rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and a TV overlooking the garden. And an open-plan area that includes the dining room, a sofa that converts into two single beds with regular mattresses, a three-seater sofa, a fireplace, and a wardrobe. The kitchen of the residence is fully equipped with all household appliances for preparing your breakfast and your meals. Outdoor Space The residence has two outdoor spaces for private use. In the first space, you can enjoy the cool summer evenings next to the pool. There is also a large dining table amidst beautiful plants, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower. In the second space, you can choose our lush garden where there is also a dining table and a barbeque to grill for the whole family Guest access Visitors have access to the two private outdoor spaces of the recidence. The entrance to the residence is shared with the main house. Other things to note The ground floor residence is just a three-minute walk from Varkiza Resort - Yabanaki Beach. The organized beach offers water sports, restaurants, cafes, volleyball courts, and bars. Within walking distance are other beautiful beaches, picturesque coves and paths for walking in the mountains or by the sea. The beautiful square of Varkiza, its picturesque harbor where you can find fresh fish daily, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, are a five-minute walk from our residence. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away. Our residence is approximately a twenty-minute drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, thirty minutes from the center of Athens, thirty-five-minutes from the port of Piraeus, and forty minutes from the archaeological site of Sounio.
