Pool Safety We love having families enjoy our place. For everyone’s safety, please supervise children closely at all times. Additionally, we have door chimes installed that can be turned on to alert when doors are opened. Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries. Pets Dogs are welcome! Please let us know before arrival. A $50 per pet fee applies (maximum 2 dogs). Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Families Families are welcome! A pack-and-play is available in the closet (bring your own sheets). Parking Park in the driveway, on the street, or behind the gated driveway — plenty of space for everyone. Smoking Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please clean up after yourself. Security Cameras For your safety, there are two cameras at the front of the property monitoring the street and driveway. No cameras are inside the home — your privacy is always respected. Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Courtesy Indio is one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that still allows short-term rentals with outdoor music. To keep things enjoyable for everyone: • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without prior consent • Please keep noise at a reasonable level Guests who repeatedly disturb neighbors may be asked to leave without a refund.
