We are located on a beautiful, private 52 acre resort grounds, the perfect place to exercise outdoors! Our private beach is a short 5 minute walk away, along the quiet resort sidewalk, OR, you can call to reserve a ride in just minutes, with a FREE golf cart shuttle! Our 2500 sq. ft., two story condominium has 10' ceilings on BOTH levels; its a huge space with a very open concept! We have two pools, one with an ocean view; a basketball court, miniature golf and shuffleboard! Come visit! :)) The space The main floor has an open concept, with more than enough space for a large group! The living room sectional is very large, perfect for a group to watch a sports game or a movie on the SMART TV! The flooring, furniture, paint and bedding is all new and neutral! The kitchen appliances are all NEW! There are two pools for guests to use, one with a beach/ocean view, children's and adult games included and beach chairs/toys included as well. There is a charcoal grill and a screened in, furnished private patio! Guest access Guests can access the entire unit, both levels, the screened in patio, the pool just steps away and the community pool near the beach! Guests can use the shuffleboard, the basketball court and the miniature golf. There is equipment on the property for guests to sign out and then return, in order to enjoy these outdoor activities. Other things to note You will love this beautiful and scenic 52 acre private/gated resort!! The grounds are perfect for walks and runs along the sidewalks and nature paths. The beach walk/runs to the East of our resort's private beach, are absolutely perfect and peaceful, with no resorts within the three mile stretch in front of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park!!
