Cozy four bedroom, two bath home located close to downtown Anchorage. Located in a quiet part of town with a lovely back deck boasting amazing views of the Chugach Mountains. It is also a short walk to the Chester Creek Trail, where you can run, walk, bike, or ski to various sites along the amazing Anchorage Trail system. Please see reviews prior to 2018 for more information about the place. Also, please note that Ken no longer lives there, and the home is no longer a shared space. The space The upstairs kitchen and dining area are a great spot to soak in the views while enjoying the company of family and friends. If the weather permits, the backyard and back deck area offer serene viewing of the Chugach Mountains. All bedrooms feature a queen size bed, dresser, and closet with hangars. There is a second kitchen in the basement that is fully functional but only partially stocked with pots and pans (additionaly, items do migrate between kitchens as guests occasially switch up where they're used). Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, except for two locked closets and the garage. Other things to note The Chester Creek trail is directly through the woods behind the Senior Center, and is the route of the ceremonial start of the Iditarod dog-sled race! It's great for a stroll along the creek, biking, and skiing. The path to use is visible in the major online map platforms or the wall map in the laundry room.
