Welcome to the Suncatcher. Our cozy and bright Midwest retreat just a block away from Lake Michigan . Step into our lovingly remodeled 1930's home where modern comfort meets timeless charm. As you enter you will be greeted by the inviting warmth of exposed brick walls and abundance of natural light that fill every corner. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our spacious retreat is perfect for families, friends, or golf enthusiasts seeking a relaxing getaway. The space Nestled in the heart of Sheboygan, our location is a true gem! We are just steps away from the shores of Lake Michigan and an easy stroll to all that the downtown has to offer. We have 3 bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. We are a sucker for a good theme so in the two downstairs bedrooms you will find small nods to our love for golf and cheese. One bathroom and laundry located on the main floor. Upstairs you will find another bedroom/ loft area and private bathroom. There is also a desk and kids corner where we hope they will have hours of fun. Other Features: - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for all your cooking needs. - - Staples like salt& pepper, oil and basic seasonings provided. -Keurig and Regular coffee pot with fully stocked coffee bar. Even a small coffee pot in the upstairs bedroom perfect for those lazy mornings -Gas fireplace -Bottomless popcorn for movie nights - Wi-Fi and Smart TV's giving you access to all your favorite streaming channels -Spacious private backyard. Fully Fenced -Board Games, puzzles and books sure to entertain for hours - Pack and Play, High Chair, kids plates/bowls/cups, baby gate at the top of the stairs. - Lawn Games -Beach Chairs, Towels, Toys and & Cooler available -Propane Grill -2 blocks from Lake Michigan. About a 10 minute walk to main beach area -15 minute drive to Whistling Straights and Black Wolf Run -20 minute drive to Kohler-Andrae State Park -Many parks within walking distance (including historic Deland Park) -Farmers Market every Saturday in the warmer months. Only a 1 min walk -Easy walk to all downtown shops and restaurants Guest access plenty street parking right in front of the house. Garage depending on the time of year. Winter months- only one car (or two smaller size cars) can fit as we keep items stores in there . Summer months 2 cars. Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the basement.
