Two story residence built in 2004 within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store. House has cherry hardwood floors, southern exposure, in-floor heat in master bath, TV connected to Wifi allows using Netflix and other programs. Must be able to care for one cat. Third bedroom is currently an office, foam futon mattress is available as extra bed. 45 minutes to Telluride and 30 minutes to Montrose. The space Cherry hardwood floors and carpet upstairs. Thermal blinds on windows and hydronic baseboard heat add to warm and comfy feel. TV, DVD and CD player. Guest access Guest do not have access to garage. This is a detached garage building.
