The house has been completely & newly refurbished to a high standard with A/C in bedrooms & ceiling fans throughout the living areas. The space Casa Aslan has been newly refurbished to a very high standard with everything you need for your stay. The three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor along with the bathroom & toilet. The beautiful light well offers a cool rush of air and is a lovely place to sit & relax. Two of the bedroom's have french door's leading onto this area. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed & 3 built in mirrored wardrobes with a safe installed for your valuable items. The single bedroom comprises of a single bed and double mirrored wardrobes. The front bedroom has 2 single beds in it. A window seat has been cut into wall to allowing a nice little place to sit and watch the world go by including the local horses and mules that clip clop past almost daily. The wardrobes for this room are situated just outside of the bedroom door. The entrance hall is light and airy with a beautiful compass tiled rug. Your eyes are automatically drawn to the beautiful light well at the back of this area, which looks even more stunning at night with the warming wall washed lighting that illuminates the whole house. The first floor has been made into an open planned living space, it has a large dining table that sits 6 plus people. The kitchen is open planned and tucked away but still allows the "chef" to interact with everyone on this floor. The large seated area comprises of two sofas and a rocking chair, with a smart TV with a fully loaded fire stick for worldwide TV programmes and of course WIFI. The first floor has two Juliet balconies that overlook Calle Andazalia, one of which looks out towards the plaza and has sea and church views. The stunning roof terrace comprises of a roof top kitchen, electric griddle, large seated area, with amazing views of the sea, mountains, the plaza of the pueblo with it's famous umbrellas & the beautiful church. The roof terrace is south west facing so allows all day sun until sun set. The roof top kitchen is covered by a pergola allowing permanent shade and there is also an awning that extend's from the wall above the glass curtain's. The enclosed area on the roof terrace comprises of a bathroom and a lounging area with glass curtain's that lead onto the roof terrace allowing an inside/outside feel, this also doubles the already large seating area. Guest access The guest's can have full access to the house except for the cupboard in the roof terrace bathroom & cupboard underneath the stairs on the ground floor, which are both used by house keeper. Other things to note We ask that all guests observe the weather when using the roof top awning. If it is windy or raining we ask that the awning is NOT used and when there is nobody on the roof terrace or at night. For safety reasons we ask that in these circumstances the awning is fully retracted. Glass curtains... the glass curtains are easy to use if you follow the instructions. They should never be forced or they WILL break & are very costly. The gate 'requa' on the front door of the house is perfect to use if you want the front doors left open. Please make sure you lock the gate if the door is left open and that the keys are left out of reach from this area. Hot water... the water in the house comes from a roof top solar tank and can become very hot. Please be aware of this. There is a no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
