The space You will fall in love with the condominium, super wooded, quiet and familiar, located in front of the skate park of Boissucanga beach, it has: - 24-hour security - 2 parking spaces (rotating) - 2 adult and 1 children's pool - Multisport and Tennis Court - Party room and games with table tennis, billiards, foosball with items provided at the condominium reception - Playground THE PERFECT HOUSE: - Living room with wifi (500 megabytes of internet speed), 40" LCD smartTV (Roku operating system), with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other platforms, cozy sofa and ceiling fan. - American kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove with built-in oven, microwave, coffee maker and utensils in general (dishes, cutlery, pots, baking sheets, glasses) - 2 Bedrooms, both with ceiling fan and air conditioning. Remember that we do not provide bed linen, but we do have pillows. Both bedrooms are equipped with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. - 1 toilet on the lower floor and 1 bathroom on the upper floor, with an electric shower.
