Outages may happen in the area, but the house is prepared to keep you comfortable. 🛠 Reporting Issues: If you experience any issue with the house during your stay, you must notify us immediately (either upon arrival or when the issue occurs). We will do everything within our control to address and resolve the problem quickly. However, please note that refunds will not be provided if you choose to leave early or contact the booking platform without giving us the chance to correct the issue first. 🌴 Island Living: Puerto Rico is still a tropical island. Guests may occasionally encounter insects, geckos, or frogs—especially in outdoor spaces. We maintain the home with a professional pest company regularly, but a small part of island life may still be present. 🐾 Pets / Service Animals: Only service animals are permitted on the property. Guests must provide documentation/evidence of service animal status prior to arrival. A separate cleaning fee may be added to the reservation. Emotional support animals or pets that are not registered service animals are not allowed.
