We do not provide bedding, bath towels, or toiletries. The space PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: house with 6 bedrooms, two suites on the first floor, one with a double bed and another with a double bed and an extra single bed; one bedroom with two single beds. The 1st floor also has two rooms with television and sofas, a full kitchen with an electric stove, a wood stove, a large dining table and a social bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of them with an extra single bed. A living room with sofas and a guest bathroom. Outdoor area with sauna, barbecue area, solar-heated pool, wooden table, garden, bathroom, shower, game tables, electric and industrial stove, refrigerator and freezer. Private parking space for up to 5 vehicles. Party Room: with barbecue and all its utensils, grills, granite counter, granite sink, wooden central table, refrigerator, freezer, plastic table and chairs, 2 stoves, one of which is industrial, pool table (complete), ping pong table and set of two sofas with cushions. Sauna and pool. Bedrooms/Suites: Containing beds with mattresses, dressing table/chests of drawers, windows with intact glass. Showers and hydraulic facilities of the suites in perfect working order, as well as the social bathrooms. Kitchen: With steel sink, granite counter, 4-burner stove, wood-burning stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. All appliances in good condition and in perfect working order. Other things to note The place is close to the highway, approximately 10 km away from downtown Tiradentes and downtown São João Del Rei! A MAXIMUM of 15 people are allowed to enter and stay, who will be informed at the time of booking! It is expressly forbidden to fail to observe the established quantity. At check-in, the entire property will be inspected to verify the functioning of the available facilities, at which time the lessee will be in agreement and fully responsible for the use of all premises/facilities. The delivery of the property will only be complete when expressed and with the (agreement) of the LESSOR. The key to the property must be delivered to the LESSOR in the same place where it was delivered to the LESSEE, at which time the final inspection will be carried out. The site must be delivered in the same way as it is at the time of rental, not accepting, under any circumstances, that kitchen utensils, bedrooms, barbecue area or swimming pool are delivered dirty. Freezers must be cleaned and turned off. The garbage must be collected and taken to the entrance of the property before the delivery of the site. NOTE: the lessee may choose to pay an extra cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 and not clean the property to make the delivery. After the property is vacated, a new inspection will be carried out. If the disappearance of any object that was available to the LESSEE is found, damage to physical, furniture or landscape assets, the necessary replacements or repairs will be made to the property as a result of misuse by the LESSEE, in the contractual period, and the budget for the recovery of the damaged area, or objects, will be directed to professionals in the area at the request of the LESSOR, and the costs arising from the replacement or repairs will be charged in cash by the LESSEE in the amount of a fine of R$ 200.00 and may be changed according to the damage caused.
