This home is spacious with a modern design. Granite and hardwood floors. The Nations is a cute neighborhood just a mile from great local restaurants like Coco's Italian Market and Bobby's Dairy Dip. A 15-20 minute ride to downtown and 10 minutes to Centennial Park. I have a cat (she won't be there during your stay) so please consider this if you have sensitive allergies. You will have access to the two upstairs bedrooms which share a jack-and-jill style bathroom, but not my bedroom (the master) The space There is a fully equipped kitchen, and living room and dining room with an open-air design. You can access Netflix on the T.V. The two upstairs bedrooms have a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom meaning each has a private vanity, but a shared shower and toilet. There are two parking spaces in the driveway, though three cars can easily fit if one pulls up. There is a comfy couch downstairs where one extra person can sleep. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for the master bedroom (my bedroom) and the closets in the upstairs bedrooms. In the upstairs bedrooms there are dressers and a clothes rack for your clothes. Other things to note My home is in a family neighborhood and is a duplex so please be respectful of the noise level, including playing music loudly, especially on the front and back porches and after 11pm. No smoking.
