We're just off River Rd which turns into beautiful farmland within a few minute drive. We are a family home, so there is noise potential! The space -5 minute walk to MAX -1 hour and 15 minutes to the ocean -25-35 minutes to downtown Portland (depending on time of day) -22 minutes to Portland zoo and Children's museum -25 minutes to Henry Hagg lake (swimming, fishing, and water sports!) -Just minutes to Intel -Many great parks and trails within walking distance or a short drive -Max station close walk or very short drive. -Within 10 minutes to Orenco Station with beautiful parks, interesting shops, and delicious resturaunts! -located just minutes from a beautiful drive through scenic farm land with an organic/natural burger resturaunt along the route! Very clean and cozy private bathroom and bedroom. After every guest we thoroughly clean, dust, and vacuum. All linens are washed in a new washing machine on either the sanitization or allergen setting. (These settings are designed to eliminate dust mites, dander, allergens, and ensure all fabrics are fresh and clean!) Use of kitchen and laundy. Chad works full time and Kelsey is in and out with our two children during the day. Our number one priority is that our guests feel welcome and have everything they need to relax. We understand that traveling can be tiring, so we want to create a peaceful stay. We enjoy conversation and will be happy to see you in our common areas. When you are in the private bedroom and bathroom we aim to let you relax in complete peace. Guests can message us on Airbnb messager 24/7 during their stay and we will respond promptly. Other things to note We have a small friendly 16 year old pomeranian, Aspen. She mostly keeps to herself.
