The home can be difficult to find at first since it is off of gravel access road. The access road is bumpy and runs along the side of the lake, which may intimidate drivers the first time they use it. Additionally, the driveway leading up to the home is very steep and does have some potholes. For this reason, guests must use caution when driving up and down the driveway. 4 Wheel Drive is required for driveway use. If you have guests in more than two vehicles they will need to park at the bottom of the driveway, and walk, or be shuttled up to the cabin. There is also limited parking at the top of the driveway. Because we are located by the lake and nestled in the woods, our property is part of a natural environment where the presence of bugs and other pests are inevitable. We proactively treat the home for pests on a quarterly basis and offer additional spot treatments during business hours (Monday through Friday) as necessary. However, it's important to note that completely preventing bugs and pests from entering the home is not feasible. Given that these are common aspects of lake living, we do not provide refunds related to their presence. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guest will enter through the front door of the home and have access to the whole property. Guests will also have access to the dock and water at the bottom of the hill below the unit. CAUTION: Guests are urged to watch their step down the hill and stairs going to the dock area. ✺ADVISORY & DISCLAIMERS✺ This property is on a steep hillside overlooking the lake. For any questions regarding the Guest Portal feel free to send us a message. ALL RESERVATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS are best completed within the FIRST 48 HOURS after confirmed booking. All guests please take into consideration our strict cancellation policy. If there is a chance you would need to cancel your reservation it may benefit you to purchase travel insurance to insure you receive your desires reimbursement.
