Family House with Fenced Yard & Outdoor Shower

Welcome to our cute, cozy and sunny 3 bedroom home in a very convenient and family friendly neighborhood. Close to downtown Portland and in walking distance to shops, restaurant and if you will, Willard Beach (1.3 mi)! A short drive will take you to several other beautiful beaches as well as lighthouses. The space *Because of regulations in the City of South Portland, only bookings of minimum 30 nights accepted. Contact us with questions.* WELCOME: We welcome families, couples, friends, solo travelers, and business travelers alike. We love our house, the location, fenced in backyard, back deck, outdoor shower and think you will too! Our favorite spot in the house is the large built-in corner bench off the kitchen and entry. It's drenched in sunlight coming in from the windows surrounding it. This is our home and we only rent it when we travel. The house will be fully furnished and equipped, but minimally decorated and we will remove all personal stuff so you have room for your own. BACKYARD: The outdoor shower is SO nice. You have to try it! There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture available on the deck. Right around 4th of July our raspberry bushes are in full bloom and you are welcome to pick as much as you'd like! LAYOUT: The house is almost 1300 sqft. The kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom #1 are on the first floor. Bedroom #2 (two twin beds) and #3 (bunk bed room, suitable for kids) are located on the second floor. It's open and airy on the first floor and cozy with slanted ceiling on the second floor. KITCHEN: Since taking the photos, UPDATES HAVE BEEN MADE to the kitchen! Click on the pictures to read caption explaining the updates. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need, including a french press, kettle, pots and pans, stand up mixer, food processor, utensils, toaster and microwave. KIDS: We can leave toys, books and games out for you in the upstairs bunk-bed room. ALLERGIES: If you have allergies, know that we do live here with our dog normally, but of course will have the house clean prior to your arrival. PETS: With pre-approval we welcome well behaved dogs (no cats, sorry, our son is very allergic). Our backyard is fenced in. Willard beach is dog-friendly 7- 9am and 7- 9pm in the summer. Message us to request about pets. AC/FANS: We have a window air conditioner that can be set up in either bedroom #2 OR bedroom #3. Fans are provided for the other rooms. BASEMENT/LAUNDRY: Access to the basement is for laundry purposes only. The washer and dryer are located in the basement (and so are some of our personal items for storage). ACCESSIBILITY: There are 4-5 stairs to enter the house, as well as a whole flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms. Guest access Guests have private access to the backyard and any part of the house, including all closet space as well as laundry facilities in the basement, however, basement is for laundry purposes only. No access to the garage and the larger of the two sheds in the backyard. Other things to note Use of the indoor fireplace is NOT permitted.
