Whether you're here for romance, relaxation, or business, every detail has been considered to make your stay extraordinary. Before booking, please keep in mind that the access to the unit is up an exterior spiral staircase. It is connected to the main house, but has it’s own private entrance and balcony. This 380sq ft private suite is complete with a plush queen size bed, walk-in closet, luxurious bathroom with separate shower and tub. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, razors, and bath salts are all provided. The kitchenette includes a small fridge, microwave/convection/airfryer, coffeemaker, toaster, magic bullet, plates, glasses, utensils, and more. For your entertainment, enjoy the 55” smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu, board games, puzzles and books. Our health-conscious guests can keep up with their exercise routine on the provided treadmill. Stay cozy with an electric fireplace heater on colder days and a portable air conditioner for those hot summer nights. The designated desk area is perfect for taking care of your business needs. Enjoy your meals overlooking the backyard at the dining table for 2. Step outside onto your private balcony, where a graceful pergola adorned with delicate twinkle lights awaits. There is space for one car to park in the driveway. You will make your way along the path in front of the main house, to a spiral staircase that leads you to your own private balcony, where you will enter the suite. As you pass the fruit trees, feel free to help yourself to some apples and lemons. (if in season). We will be here to greet you or will provide you with the location of the key when you arrive. The best lines of communication would be texting, so we ensure that we can respond quickly. We will provide you with our cell number before you check in. You will see many people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. There is laundry mat, grocery store, and liquor store in walking distance. We are located on a corner lot, just blocks from the grocery store and laundromat. We are a few miles from hiking trails, Topanga Mall, Pierce College, and CSUN. Hollywood, Universal Studios, and The Getty Museum are about 15 miles away, and Downtown LA, Magic Mountain, and the beaches are about 20-25 miles away. There are people and animals living in the main house, so from time to time you may hear minimal noise. We also have two indoor cats (Pepper & Purple), and a sweet Australian Shepherd named Molly. Although we love animals, we cannot accommodate dogs, cats, or other animals due to our furry friends that already live on the property. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. Please read the house rules before booking. Check in is after 3pm and checkout is 12pm.
