A ideal location less then 10 minutes away from Clemson University & 15 - 20 minutes away from the Beautiful SC lakes! As of June 2025 the brand new beautiful community pool is complete and open for use. Key card provided. No longer offering shuttle to football games. The space The home has a cozy living area, 3 full size bed rooms, & a pull out sofa. 1 half bath downstairs, & 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill style! Kitchen area is very equipped with all necessary needs! Additionally we have a community pool, and a pavilion right outside the back doors, that has seating & fireplaces! Great spot for birthday parties or hanging out. The community pool is available for our guest, there will be a key card left inside the home for you to have access. (Lost key card will have a fee of $50) Guest access Guest will have access to the whole entire home and the community pool. The driveway will fit 4 cars. Additional parking will be along the road, but only as a last resort and please use caution with others houses & driveways. Note - Co-Host Dariann is available for any emergency or additional needs.
