The space Our flat located at Life Resort accommodates up to 4 people (31m2) with the perfect mix of city and nature; - Private en-suite with double bed and living room with single bed + auxiliary; - High quality bed linen and towels; - Blackout curtains; - Balcony; - Mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, cutlery, pots, stove, glasses, cups, mugs... - Washing machine and clothes dryer; - Our little corner has accessories for snacks and small meals, with a sandwich maker and a coffee maker, of course, which is a must! - We follow the hotel standard of strict sanitary standards, so we do not provide food products, but feel free to bring what you like or order a delivery. - Our decoration seeks to welcome you as if you were in your home. This is not a dull hotel room; - Very polite, attentive and prepared employees to offer the best service, for our best guest: you! - Gardens throughout the complex, a relaxing environment that will win your heart; - Amenities such as a restaurant, laundry, coffee shop, convenience store, pizzeria, wine cellar, canoeing class and beauty salon; - We do not allow smoking in our unit; - Pay-per-use fitness center, Pilates (outsourced service at the Hotel) are paid separately by the guest; - Pool area open Tuesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., except Thursdays, when the hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (pools opened to the maximum capacity and hours subject to unilateral changes by the condominium). Take advantage of check-in to get your access; - We do not offer room service included in the reservation. If you need cleaning with a change of bed and bath linens, you can hire our team, the fee is R$ 90 per event; - We do not allow visits or access to the flat by people who are not registered as guests at the reception or communicated to us through Airbnb; - Free gated parking with 24-hour security; Guest access Remember that the reception only releases the guests listed on the reservation. Please select the correct number of guests who will be staying in the apartment to avoid any inconvenience. Other things to note The neighboring apartments are mostly occupied by full-time residents and we ask that you respect their privacy and help us maintain this peaceful environment by respecting some rules of coexistence: 1. Avoid excessive noise, especially at night; 2. It is forbidden to invite people to visit the apartment during your stay; 3. The number of guests must be strictly that stated on your reservation; 4. Small pets allowed in the apartment; 5. We provide towel sets for every booking; 6. Cigarettes, drugs and prostitution are strictly prohibited; 7. All guests and/or their companions who use or carry drugs or illicit substances or who practice or permit prostitution in the apartment will be immediately evicted and a complaint will be filed with the local authorities; 8. The guest is fully responsible for any and all actions of his companions and material or immaterial damages caused by them to the host, the property and third parties; 9.
