Unique Farm Stay! The spacious upstairs apartment is within a very short distance to I-75, Moody Air Force Base, South Georgia Medical Center, & Valdosta State University. The apartment is on a private, 10-acre Homestead Farm with a gated entry. It is well-equipped with above-and-beyond amenities that will make your stay relaxed and enjoyable, including a whole-home Honeywell generator for peace of mind! Longer-stay discounts are available! The space All the decor and finishing touches have been thoughtfully selected with care. I strove to make this space feel very homey, peaceful, and welcoming. The kitchen is decked out with a full gamut of utensils, pots, pans, cooking spices, and appliances. There are a wide variety of board games inside the living room coffee table for your group's enjoyment. Also, there is a 60" TV in the living room and another TV in the master bedroom, with wifi and Roku TV capabilities! A cute balcony is right off the living room and looks out to the Guest Outdoor area and the beautiful cypress woods beyond! See if you can spot herons, cranes, deer, and rabbits!! (I promise there are no chupacabras!!) Guest access Guests have full access to to the Outdoor Guest Space. This beautiful area under a large oak tree boasts a spacious paver and gravel patio complete with a large charcoal grill and fire pit. Inside the seating / storage box, there is some complimentary charcoal briquettes to get you going, along with fire starter, a lighter, and grill tools. There are skewers for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. We even have in the box a frisbee, sidewalk chalk, and a basketball to play some hoops on the net nearby at the corner of the garage slab! Let me know if you'd like me to get out the cornhole tables or ping pong table from the garage, and I'd be happy to do so!! Other things to note We do welcome your pet, and have a fenced 25x14 dog park right beside the guest outdoor space! Pets that will be uncrated in the in the house MUST be potty trained and supervised at all times! When you are not at home, your pet MUST be crated. please let me know if you need to borrow a crate, I do have a few extras on the farm, and I'm glad to help out.
