Small Cozy Sailboat on the Water!

Want to get away from it all and relax in a nautical setting? Get rocked to sleep on 28 ft. of heaven in Marina Del Ray! Close to cafes, restaurants, boardwalk, & Beach! Bathrooms & Showers on shore (head for emergency). Coffeemaker & Toaster Oven. The space This is a cozy space, best suited to two- but you can't beat the location! The boat has a head for late night emergencies; there are flushing toilets and showers on shore. For cooler weather, we have an on-board heater that makes the place nice and snug! Space has a small refrigerator, microwave, and a toaster oven/coffee pot/griddle combo, so you don't have to eat out for every meal. It comfortably sleeps two on the pull out bed: there are other places to sleep, but we need advance warning if your planning more than a two person get-away. Please note: we do include a one-time cleaning fee of $20, which is in addition to the listed nightly price. Right now, there is no internet: we are working on getting that for you. The boat is yours! (It does, however, have to stay tied to the dock.) We can also provide bicycles for your convenience with some advance warning. We meet you to give you the keys and parking pass, answer any questions that you have, and show you where the landlubber bathrooms are. When you check out, you do so by locking your key in the boat cabin. We do ask you let us know when you plan on leaving. We are a quick bike ride away from the start of the Venice boardwalk, and a nice stroll to mothers beach. We are similarly close to Abbot Kinney, and Main Street in Venice. There are lots of lovely restaurants right nearby, and towards playa vista there are beautiful bike paths right along the coast! By car, you are 20 minutes from LAX, 10 minutes from the 3rd street promenade and Santa Monica Pier, and 15 minutes to Culver City, 20 minutes to Westwood/UCLA There are busses on Washington blvd. and Lincoln blvd (we can provide a bus schedule at your request) We provide a small welcome basket with some ground coffee, fruit, bread.
