The space The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests: -2 master suites with king beds (one downstairs, one upstairs). -1 Mickey Safari themed room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. -1 Harry Potter themed room with 2 Twin beds. -Spacious living  room with sofa, chairs, and a 65” Smart TV. -Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, and breakfast bar for 4. -Screened private pool with optional heating. -High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, and easy self check-in. Other things to note IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS: GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME: 1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 guests and this MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld. 2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy. 3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 or any other reason without previous announcements and/or refunds. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise levels at a low and polite level at all times. HOA enforced quiet hours from 10pm - 9am. If you are asked to keep the noise down you must comply. 2 cars parking only available. If you have more than 2 cars ask us first about IF extra space is available. SUPPLIES PROVIDED: All of our homes are self-catering it means you must provide your own supplies. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries. ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us. POOL & JACUZZI- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK No running or horseplay in the pool and deck area, as this may cause serious injury. Pool Heating & Equipment are NOT to be tampered with by Guests. Please note that we do not have control over pool heating not working for any reason and in such case, contact us immediately. Pool heating upon request, 24 hours in advance, minimum of 3 days, pool heating fee of USD$35.00 (Thirty Five U.S. Dollars) per day plus taxes. Unauthorized pool heating will be charged. We set the pool temperature to 86F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, the water temperature will be to 15F higher than the ambient temperature. We do not REFUND heating pool extra charge in case of any weather conditions. Pool & Jacuzzi will be cleaned once a week, if it looks dirty call us and I will send the pool cleaner as soon as possible. Some pools have integrated jacuzzi, there are no way to heat only the Jacuzzi, whole pool must be heated. Some jacuzzi has "hot tub mode" to turn it on just run the 60 minutes timer, during timer on ONLY the jacuzzi will be heated up to 100F. The pool is cleaned once a week between Mondays and Wednesdays (can be changed without prior notice). Pool company will access pool area from behind they will never access from the front door. After pool cleaning treatment done must wait 1 hour to circulate all chemicals and avoid skin and/or eye irritation. POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $35 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $25 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.
