Charming and Cozy Studio with Pool Access

San Pedro, Ambergris Caye is a small island with beautiful beaches and friendly people. This studio guest house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy our beautiful island. Located 2 miles south of town in a secure property, not to far from the beach , grocery store and restaurants. A new built 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house with a king size bed. Also includes wifi, a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. You can also relax at the pool. The space Our guests are welcome to use the pool and the grill. The pool house has a bathroom and an outdoor shower that they are welcome to use when in the pool. We also have a patio swing that is good for our guest to relax and enjoy a book. Guest access Guest are welcome to make full use of the pool. Pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas for some shade and a BBQ grill. Other things to note We provide beach towels, a cooler and cups for guest to take when going to the beach or in the pool.
