This home has been specifically tailored for the perfect vacation! Walking distance to historic Rockledge Ranch & Garden of the Gods. It is within biking distance to Old Colorado City & a 5 minute drive to Manitou Springs! (PERMIT 1087) The space Brand New Home! Built to entertain large groups! This home includes a spacious gourmet kitchen, open concept livingroom, dining and kitchen. We have a game room fited for kids of all ages with 85" TV ready for gaming on our Xbox or watching an amazing movie with surround sound! The master retreat includes a SPA-like experience with a huge steam shower! Outdoors we created a boche ball court, as well as a firepit area for roasting smores & roof top deck (currently under construction but will be available soon) to enjoy the view of the mountain range and the park below. Guest access You have access to the entire home and the 6 acre park across the street for your enjoyment which includes a basketball court, tennis & pickleball court & playground! Other things to note We can provide a grocery run if you contact us early enough! Arrive with a fridge full of goodness already stocked! Indoor/outdoor toys, books, movies, balls and a soccer goal are provided. Additional pack and play and baby gates are available. Super kid friendly home! We do have a lot of wildlife in the area-mainly deer that like to graze at the park and sometimes in the front yard. They are really fun to watch. In addition, we have black bears like like to frequent the trash cans late at night during the spring and fall, so make sure the trash lids are secure.
