IMPORTANT: Please make sure to select the correct number of guests when booking. The space • Welcome to our cozy apartment! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the king-size bed, the 2 full-size beds, the 3 twin beds, or the 2 sofa beds in the living room. The living room TV comes with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus • To make you feel at home, we’ll provide you with some basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, and earplugs. If you need more, there’s a supermarket nearby. • We’ll provide one towel per registered guest • Bed linens for the beds are included. If you’d like bedding for the sofa beds, please let us know in advance. • Traveling with a baby? We have a portable crib, baby bathtub, high chair, and baby monitor available upon request, subject to availability. • Need something to eat? There’s a Walmart Express just a 7-minute walk away. • The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (97 mb/s). • We offer a PS4 gaming console, but it must be requested in advance and requires an ID as a security deposit. • We also offer home workout equipment, books, and board games—just let us know ahead of time if you’d like to use them. • The bedrooms have blackout curtains for a deep sleep. An iron is also available for your clothes. • Only the number of guests included in the reservation will be allowed access. Please make sure to select the correct number of guests when booking. • Check-in: Any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out: Any time before 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, there is an additional charge of 80% of the previous or following night’s rate. This is subject to availability, so please check with your host in advance. • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the apartment due to a contractual agreement with the property owner. • You’ll need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment. • We accept photo shoots or business recordings with a separate commercial rate. Please contact us before booking to receive a quote. Guest access There is a washer, clothes dryer, and iron in the apartment. In case of emergency, you may call me outside of these hours. Maintenance staff is available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Please notify the host of your estimated arrival time at least one hour in advance. • We charge a cleaning fee for the day you check out, but we do not offer daily cleaning service. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, it can be requested for an extra fee of $600 MXN per day (subject to availability). • The price to be paid is the one shown on Airbnb at the time of booking. Once you book, you can download a receipt from the platform, but we do not issue invoices. • Unfortunately, we are unable to modify reservation dates with less than 20 days’ notice. • Any food shown in the pictures is for reference only and is not included in the price.
