"Mushroom House" - Exclusive Ocean Retreat

Casa dos Cogumelos is an exclusive property located in Murtinheira, near Quiaios Beach and Figueira da Foz in Portugal (2h from Lisbon, 1h30 from Porto). It consists of two independent houses set in a unique natural landscape with direct and private access to the beach. Nestled between the Boa Viagem mountain range and the sea, it provides the perfect retreat for vacations and relaxation with family and friends. The space Access & Parking Arriving by car, you should carefully descend the access ramp to reach the parking lot within the property, where you can park your vehicle. The House The property comprises 2 houses. Upon arrival, the Mushroom House will be on your left, easily identifiable by its unique architecture! Bedrooms The bedrooms are very welcoming, offering support furniture for luggage and clothing. The beds are comfortable, featuring mattresses made in Portugal from natural and sustainable materials. Bedroom 1 - Double Bed Bedroom 2 - Double Bed or 2 Single Beds - you can request the option you prefer Bedroom 3 - Double Bed or 2 Single Beds - you can request the option you prefer Bathrooms The house has 2 full bathrooms with carefully selected personal hygiene products at your disposal - shampoo, shower gel, and soaps. Kitchen and Dining Room The kitchen is fully equipped, boasting a modern and functional design with state-of-the-art SMEG appliances. The dining room accommodates up to 8 people. Living Room The living room offers two distinct spaces, the first with a large sofa and a comfortable seating area with a television and sea view, and a second cozy space near the fireplace. Heating The house has central heating through underfloor heating, providing comfort in complete silence. In the living room, there is a fireplace with wood at your disposal. Guest access Garden Surrounding the house there is a garden with a vast lawn overlooking the sea and the mountain. The garden is adorned with flowers and beautiful plants, providing a space for sunbathing, games, reading, relaxation, etc. Dining Area and Barbecue Next to the house, there is a barbecue with a sink, as well as a dining area with a large table and benches that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Beach Access Through stairs built into the rock, you will have direct access to the beach. In less than 5 minutes from the house, you can have your feet in the sand! You will reach a very tranquil area of the beach, which you can almost enjoy just for yourself. This is because alternatively, to reach this part of the beach, you would have to walk 15-20 minutes along the sand from the nearest access point (near the village). While Portugal doesn't have private beaches, this will certainly be an experience close to that :) Outdoor Shower We have an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for when you return from the beach. Other things to note Restricted Areas of the Property The property is quite large, and there are areas that are off-limits to guests as they are in project/maintenance/restoration phase and may pose a danger to people. It is strictly prohibited to trespass fences and/or protective barriers, especially in areas where circulation is prohibited and marked as such. Registration Details 153070/AL
