The house has, at the bottom: - Bedroom with balcony and hammock overlooking the pool - Kitchen with deck balcony with deck access - Bathroom At the top: - Mezzanine with double bed and air-conditioning - Restroom *Note: We offer a portable barbecue grill. The space Our accommodation is fully furnished, has all basic kitchen utensils, and we provide bath and face towels for our guests. The house is on the second floor, with access via an external staircase. Upon entering the accommodation, the responsible guest receives a control of the electronic gate for entry and exit of the property, to maintain the security of our space. We emphasize that we have 3 other accommodations in the same courtyard, in which our family lives and manages. Guest access Our guests will have access to the parking lot, wooded patio and swimming pool shared with 3 other accommodations of our family. The grounds are walled and access is through an electronic gate, maintaining the safety of guests. Other things to note We provide bed linen, such as: sheet, pillow and blanket. Fan in the bedrooms, bath and face towels. We emphasize that it is at the guest's discretion to bring extra items, according to personal taste. We have a few restrictions: - We ask our guests not to smoke inside the accommodations; - Because it is a shared patio, we ended up not accepting pets.
