*Picololo North Studio Apartment

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats. The space Our property is located near to the airstrip. It's 1.5 km (or a 10 minute leisurely bike ride) to The Split which is the main swimming area and beach on Caye Caulker. Within the 1.5 km lies the entire village of Caye Caulker. The island is tiny! We have five rentals on our property, as well as our own home. Filled with trees that provide much needed shade on hot days, it's the perfect spot to come back to after a day on the sea. Guest access Your studio and porch are privately yours. You have access to the entire yard which is shared with us and our family, as well as with any other guests. Other things to note We live upstairs and you'll be able to hear a bit of daily-life noise; mostly the footfalls of our youngest daughter. Our rates are the highest on this platform.
