Friendly neighborhood near SU, Upstate, Lemoyne, ESF, Destiny USA outlets, NYS fairgrounds, public transportation, parks and skiing! Available for short and long stays. Central air, large TV w/ cable, High-speed WiFi, free laundry, off-street parking. Bus stop, coffee, pizza, groceries, barber, laundromat are all just foot-steps away. We generally will not be able to take new reservations within 24 hours of arrival, this just doesn't give us time to clean/prepare sufficiently. The space Available to you is a full sized bed in our own small cape cod home. We offer a second smaller guest room with a twin bed for an extra fee, just ask if interested. Between the two rooms you can comfortably sleep up to 3. Fast WiFi throughout the home will ensure you stay connected. Guest access While this is not a hotel, when staying here, we want all guests to feel welcome and comfortable so anything you need, just ask! In an effort to keep the price down, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Please treat our home as you would your own, be respectful and tidy. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. Also, we are generally open to you bringing guests into our home, but just ask that you tell us who they are and how long they will be visiting in advance. We have a spacious deck and large fenced back yard guests are welcome to enjoy. During your stay Due to varying work shifts, unfortunately we are not always available to interact with guests when they arrive. We enjoy meeting and chatting with new people and always take the time to at least introduce ourselves when we cross paths during your stay. We are around for anything you may need, but will give you as much space as desired! Other things to note The only rules we have are basically to be considerate. We do ask that after 10PM to keep music, tv, gaming and conversation levels low. We recommend headphones for late nights. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please take shoes off at the door, keep the city streets outside :)
