First floor studio with direct entrance from the street, it is not a family home, it has a bathroom and its own kitchen, the base price is for up to two passengers in a double bed + 2 extra beds at $10.00 each per night, payable on arrival, give notice to have them ready on arrival + Cleaning during stay $6.00, cleaning at check out free + includes sheets and towels + Washing and drying machines $6.00 per load per machine The space This spacious and independent STUDIO CENTRO DE MIRAFLORES COMPLETELY FURNISHED FOR UP TO 2 PEOPLE with a private bathroom is located on the first floor of a beautiful Art Deco house. It also has sheets and towels. It has two beds that can be used for $10.00 USD each, per night. Let us know if you want them to have them ready upon arrival. The price includes: Cleaning of common areas. The cleaning fee is also included, so when you check out you don't need to worry about anything other than returning the keys as requested. If you need the studio cleaned during your stay, ask my housekeeper and she will do it for a $6.00 USD tip. On the second and third floors, there is a laundry center that you can use for $6.00 USD per load, per machine. Upon arrival we provide you with soap and toilet paper, please use them sparingly because we only provide them once, you can buy them in a supermarket 20 meters from my house. If you need additional rooms or studios, please ask me about availability. Guest access Only the laundry space is shared, with one on each floor and in the lobby. All other spaces are private. Other things to note Do not worry; we will not cancel you at the last minute due to better offers. We can storage your luggage at any time you arrive or depart, until your check in or out time. TO ARRIVE VICTOR'S PLACE: DOLLAR'S EXCHANGE: Don’t exchange money at the airport, you can get a much better rate at the Western Union a few steps from my house. The taxis accept dollars and 90% of businesses in Peru accepts Dollars. TAXI: My house is around 35 minutes from the airport, (depend on your arrival time). You can hire a cab for two from inside the airport. Once you pass customs you will see "Taxi Seguro" and "Taxi Verde", their cost is about $16.00 USD same as Uber if is not Rush Hour. RECOMMENDED VANS DRIVERS: If you want I can send you Francisco and/or Alberto, they can give you the ride from the airport to the house in Miraflores Francisco’s fee is $22.00 USD FOR UP TO 4 PASSENGERS OR/AND Alberto fee of $39.00 USD FOR UP TO 9 PASSENGERS, both vans can ride 14 passengers, both vans fees will be $61.00 USD, just write me “YES!
