This house is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking or climbing. Pine mountain lake is a destination unto itself. Take a day off, go for a swim in the lake, rent a kayak and paddled around, enjoy a round of golf or just relax by the pool. Pine Mountain Lake has many amenities to enjoy and charges $30 per vehicle for the length of your stay so it is best to carpool. This applies to all homes in the area. The space Welcome to Yosemite Basecamp. We have made some changes for the new year. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family home is pet friendly and child friendly. For the new season we have added professional cleaners and management to enhance the quality of your stay. Fresh paint in the bedroom. This single level home has a queen captains bed in the master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms each with a single bed. There is a fold out foam bed, a small single ( good for child) trundle bed and an airmattress. The back yard boasts no rear neighbors. A deck with a BBQ and a swing set for the kids. The kitchen has a brand new stove and is stocked with basic supplies. Guest access 3 sandy beaches on Pine Mountain Lake. Play parks for children with slides, bridges, and swings within 5 minute drive. Boat rentals for the lake. Pool within 10min drive. Golf course. Hiking trails nearby. Sandbox and swing set for the kids. BBQ. Restaurant within 10min drive. Convenient airport access for pilots of small airplanes. Other things to note This house is in a gated semi private community. As a guest you are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA. You must enter through the front gate (19228 Pine Mountain Drive, Groveland, CA 95321). There is a $30 one time entrance fee to Pine Mountain Lake Association. It provides you with unlimited enter and exit privileges to the community. This gives you access to the swimming pool, 3 beaches, playgrounds and a fishing cove. You can exit the community via the back gate which is closer to Yosemite. You will however be required to re-enter through the front gate.
