(Outside Noise Sensors) Sleep 30+ Central location close to everything (Temples, 6+ Ski resorts, River Trail...) Why rent 7+ hotel rooms? Stay together instead. Gym for basketball, golf, events/reunions (free tables & chairs), 2-flavor SOFT SERVE ice cream, bouncy house, kettle & popcorn. Pool table, dual basketball, foosball, air hockey, ping pong…Theater area... The space LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING! Many have commented how incredible the place is for family events, birthday parties, youth activities, corporate events... In Fact here is what the last group had to say: "The house was wonderful, everyone had a fabulous time. A couple of the guys said they want to give reviews as well. Thank you so much for all you did. This was the best airbnb stay ever!!!" -Corporate Trainer (flew in and stayed while hosting training seminar and couples dinner for employees) So the 4B Miracle Lodge (see the printout of the amazing 4B Miracle!) is an older home with an indoor gymnasium/basketball court, game room, home theater area... A number of updates/improvements have been made and are continuing to be made but many areas are still dated, stained, chipped, dented, unfinished (think of as bonus areas)... The price has been reduced because of this so please do not book if you are looking for a brand-new, perfect place. The 8 kids and the neighborhood kids/youth/scouts really did a number on the old place and even after months of work there are areas that are still dated/stained/chipped... as shown in the photos. Most people absolutely love the space as-is with all of the unique spaces and amenities so please only book after you look at the photos and determine if it is a wonderful opportunity for you. Thank you, Merrick MerMax RE LLC Guest access Complete access to the gymnasium, game tables (pool, ping pong, foosball, dual basketball, air hockey...), kitchen and gym kitchenette, ice cream machine, kettle & popcorn machines, home theater, exercise room, back yard with playground and climbing dome and recycled Murray High School football turf, bouncy house, inflatable ball pit, indoor golf driving practice (simulator being setup), karaoke machine available, projector, 7.1 surround sound, secluded formal dining set for playing games and relaxing, Super Jump & climbing walls (only use with host supervision - no charge if host is available)... Other things to note Free family-friendly filtered internet. Absolutely no drugs or drinking parties, NO SMOKING/vaping for the benefit of sensitive children - thank you. Outside quiet time is from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. per noise ordinances and to respect the neighbors with young children. Make sure pets do not relieve themselves on the artificial turf! Notice: The price has been reduced significantly for you as we are in the process of making improvements (e.g. the carpets were just professionally cleaned until we can upgrade the carpets).
