This is a beautiful modern home on a sunny suburban block in Silverado Ranch, right on the border between Vegas and Henderson - so you truly get the best of both worlds :) You're 15 minutes from the center of the strip (and just 5 minutes from Southpoint Casino/Resort and the M Casino). But you also get the comfort and quiet of a newly renovated 4-bedroom home on a tranquil suburban block, cozily secluded from the noise and chaos of the strip! Best of both worlds. The space It's a really sunny house because we have huge windows so sunlight pours in everywhere. There's a super comfortable couch in the cozy and carpeted living room, which has a 55-inch smart tv mounted on the wall. Next to the living room is a newly renovated kitchen with all brand new appliances (dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and clean dishes and cutlery will be waiting for you when you arrive). And of course a gorgeous pool in the backyard! Guest access You'll have full and private access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, washer, dryer, and bathrooms. Everywhere in the house except my room is for your use. During your stay I only have one roommate living in the house right now and we don't take up much space so you'll pretty much have the entire place to stretch out in.
