Old world charm in prime Williamsburg

Right off bedford avenue, in the heart of Williamsburg. Three bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with lots of character. This room is sunny and comfortable, with two windows that get sunlight all day, a full closet, shelves, and queen bed with a dreamy new memory foam queen mattress. *The rug is no longer in the bedroom, the AC unit has been removed for winter, and the bed has been updated to a brand new 16” queen memory foam :) The space Both bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. -please note we do have a lovely dog! She’s been with me for 14 years and she’s the chillest, nicest thing ever. Doesn’t bark and obviously completely housebroken- the place does not smell like pets. But you have to be fine with a dog sleeping in the living room and buttering you up for treats. She is pictured snoozing away as she does all day. -We have a brand new robot vacuum that keeps the place spic and span, and an electric deadbolt with a code. -it’s just my sister and I in the apartment, and you’d have your own “wing” as our rooms are on the opposite side, through the living room and the kitchen. We both have very busy lives so are out of the house most of the time or sleeping. We do have opposite schedules though, so you wouldn’t have to take care of the dog or anything like that, unless you’re into that :) Guest access The balcony through the hallway During your stay I’m very available to help with anything via text, phone, and email.
