• Simple, cozy, well-ventilated and easily accessible house, located on the back street of the central square, close to markets, restaurants, shops, bars and other places of interest •All bedroom windows overlook the street •Barbecue area Your pet will be very welcome here! 🐶 Come see how beautiful São Thomé is! 🥰 Other things to note 📍Location: ✔️One street down from the Downtown Square, where there are bakeries, clothing and souvenir shops, the best restaurants in the city, supermarkets, the Main Church, the Grotto of São Thomé and the most visited night bars in the city. ✔️400 meters from the Antônio Rosa Municipal Park (where tourist attractions such as: lion's den, Witch's Stone, Cruise and Pyramid are located), 🤔What's in the house? ✔️In the kitchen: basic kitchen items such as microwave, cutlery, dishes, glasses, sandwich maker, pots (no pressure cooker), coffee bottle and strainer, stove, refrigerator, gas, dishcloth, detergent, oil and salt. ✔️In the 2 bedrooms: bedding such as sheets, blankets, black-out curtains, pillows with pillowcases, Smart TV (only works with YouTube), playing cards. 🚫Does not have: bath linens (face or body towels), soaps, or any other personal hygiene items. 🚗Does it have parking? 🚫No. Most of the houses here do not have parking, (my car is only on the street), although it is frequented by people from all over Brazil and the world, São Thomé is quiet and still remains a peaceful city in the interior of Minas Gerais, with enough tranquility to walk at night in most places. 🔝I have an exclusive route suggestion for my guests, making it easy not to waste time and enjoy the best of the city.
