Welcome to our relaxing, family friendly, clean home in a safe residential neighborhood. It is comfortable and child friendly, not perfect or new. The backyard opens to a school playground with basketball, baseball, foursquare, swings, and play equipment. The garage has a/c and heat and is a fun place to hang out with a tv, wii, PS3, board games, and foosball. It's approximately 2 miles from the Old Mill, river rafting, and Downtown Bend, and 19 miles from Mt. Bachelor. Owner lives on site. The space There are two private bedrooms, one that accommodates 4 with a bunk bed that includes a lower queen bed, an upper twin and a trundle twin. The second bedroom (this posting) has a traditional bunk bed with two twins. An air mattress may be added to accommodate two more. There is a playroom is separate from the living room, kitchen and dining room and has a variety of family games as well as a television with netflix. There is a spacious, grassy, enclosed backyard with a hammock for resting and a baby swing for the little ones. The large deck has a love seat swing, a BBQ and a table and chairs making a lovely location for a summer activities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard, except for the 2 bedrooms they did not reserve.
