Enjoy access to the POOL during the summer months. Our kitchen has marble counter tops and fully stocked with utensils to please any cook. Our keypad lock means you will not need a key for entry. The space Centrally located in Sedona’s Village of Oak Creek, Casa Cortez has some of the best trails, golf courses, and spas located within a mile of the property! Conveniently located just off 179, guests are also walking distance (less than .3 miles!) from coffee shops, restaurants, and local boutiques! The location is great because you are close to everything you need without getting caught in the tourist traps! ALSO INCLUDED: • FREE WiFi • FREE Coffee • FREE Laundry Traveling can be exhausting - especially when enjoying the outdoors or managing a busy itinerary. With that in mind, we wanted to create a space that's comfortable, cozy, and hassle-free! This place has been newly remodeled and designed to feel like your home away from home. It is fully furnished and equipped with the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a hairdryer. You have access to streaming tv via our Smart TV. For Live TV channels, there is Roku. If staying in and preparing home-cooked meals is your preference, you will be able to put the well-stocked kitchen to use. Kitchen amenities include cookware, utensils, olive oil, a fully-stocked spice rack, and coffee/tea-making amenities. Enjoy lounging at the pool, grilling on the BBQs, or kicking back in the outdoor lounging area. There are charcoal grills available for use and a pool to help beat the heat! Drive times to other areas from my place: - FLAGSTAFF: 50 min if taking Highway 179 to I-17 North OR 60 - 85 min. if taking Highway 179 to 89A North through Oak Creek Canyon - Rand McNally voted this one of the Top 10 scenic drives in America! - UPTOWN SEDONA: 10-15 min. - WEST SEDONA: 20 min. - GRAND CANYON: 2 Hrs - OAK CREEK CANYON: 15 - 40 min. - OAK CREEK CROSSING: 5 min. - HISTORIC OLD TOWN COTTONWOOD: 30 min. - PAGE SPRINGS (Cornville): 15 min. Page Springs is known for its great wineries and restaurants tucked away in a lush creek-side pocket just outside of Sedona - it is well worth a visit! - JEROME: 45 min. House Rules: • No smoking (this includes marijuana). • No pets. • No parties or events. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. • Rearranging furniture is not allowed and is subject to a $100 fine. Guest access You will have access to wifi and a Smart TV. There is live TV available via Roku and you may use your streaming accounts on the tv (don't forget to log out!). Should you need to do laundry, there is a shared laundry room for the building on the ground floor by the mailboxes. Take a left from the front door, go down the stairs and the laundry door is just to the right. The key to the laundry room is hanging on a hook by the door. Please make sure to return the key. Other things to note Currently the Pool is open from March until mid October. This is the beginning of March to the beginning of September. The pool is located across the street and is visible from the balcony. As your property management team, we are available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. Please send us your questions in the message center and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For urgent emergencies—such as a fire, flood or medical emergency in the home—please dial 911 and then contact us immediately. All non-emergency inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
