The mattresses and bed bases are new and of high quality to offer you a good sleep ;) The living room is equipped with a speaker to listen to your playlists. You have access to the Wi-Fi of the freebox and all its services, Blu-ray player... you can share your memories of the day with the USB player. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with a microwave oven, glass-ceramic hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine. A clothes rack is available. The garden is large enough to make you enjoy the outdoors on the garden furniture which is well exposed to the sun ☀️ Guest access You will have access to free private parking located in the residence 🚙. The apartment located on the ground floor gives you access to a private garden 🌴 equipped with garden furniture. The accommodation is non-smoking but the garden is not😃. The procedure is indicated in your booking 24 hours before your arrival. You will have access to a detailed description with photos and codes. A first code will be given to you to access the residence (automated door), a second code will allow you to open the key box located on the door of the accommodation. - checkout is self-checkout: it is also a self-checkout exit. Follow the procedure that will be sent to you the day before departure and drop the key in the key box. Is it possible to check in early and check out later? - early check-in: this additional service is chargeable (€20) you will have access to the accommodation from 12pm (on request and when possible). - Late check-out: this additional service is available for a fee (€20), you will enjoy the accommodation until 2 p.m. (on request and whenever possible).
