The space Cozy but spacious apartment with Full modern kitchen, bathroom, living room and banquette dining area. Private Rear deck with BBQ grill and Utility room with washer dryer. Guest access You can use the front and rear yards but please keep noise at entryway to a minimum at night as we have a full time tenant living in the studio there (16B) Other things to note Please Note there is an additional $50 Pet cleaning surcharge required if you choose to bring a dog or cat.
