Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 60" Smart TV, using your own log-ins to access streaming channels. Feast your eyes on beautiful art objects and bright splashes of color. Play chess using the elegant chess set on the coffee table or try one of our other board games provided. Love to sing? Try out our karaoke machine. Steps away, prep and cook culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with its striking, bright green cabinetry and charming art objects. In addition to the standard appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher – you’ll find a blender, hand-mixer, crockpot, and waffle maker. You’ll have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, along with spice bar, oil/vinegar, and condiments. With advance notice, host can accommodate any reasonable request for kitchen equipment not present. Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee area, equipped with electric tea kettle, Keurig coffeemaker, coffee pot, and frother, along with coffee syrups and creamer. A small snack selection is also provided. Sip your beverage on a barstool at the kitchen peninsula ¬– also a great spot for lunch. Enjoy your beverage on chairs by the front door or on the patio area by the back door. Dine in the spacious and colorful dining room at the table for six. Outside, relax on the comfy patio furniture while grilling on the gas grill in the backyard. Giant Jenga and cornhole available in the back yard. After a full day of enjoying everything Oklahoma City has to offer – or just hanging out enjoying the fun and relaxation of the home, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of two bedrooms. In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a king bed, bedside tables with lamps, overhead light fixture with ceiling fan, a sitting area, and a 42” ROKU TV to help you wind down to sleep. Striking artwork on the room’s walls will capture your imagination. You’ll love the convenience of an ensuite half-bath with a toilet and sink. You’ll find plenty of storage – a closet and the drawers of the dresser the TV sits on. Bedroom 2 will dazzle you with its fresh wall mural, artwork, and queen bed, along with overhead light fixture with ceiling fan, and bedside tables with lamps. A closet offers storage. A Queen air mattress is available to accommodate an additional guest in Bedroom 2. (Upon request: Air mattress is not stored at property so please make sure to let us know if you'd like us to set it up. ) Refresh and rejuvenate in the common bathroom with the tub/shower combo. You’ll love the convenience of a washer and dryer located in that bathroom. For remote-work needs, an office workspace with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer can be set up at the desk in the dining room upon request. This home is strictly NON-SMOKING. Hosts have partnered with a local art gallery, ArtSpace at Untitled, to add art in the home from local established and emerging artists. All art in the home is available for purchase. Art gallery will package and ship art upon request. All art sales go directly to gallery and artist. Check in time: 3:00 pm/ Check out time: 11:00 am.
