This creatively landscaped, fenced, well maintained home is in a quiet, established family oriented neighbourhood in the seaside village of Comox. You will have your own private entrance through the garden gate and 1000 square feet of living space. The home is within walking distance of great Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Recreation Centre, Museum, Library and the Comox Marina. The Comox Recreation Centre with well equipped gym, squash courts, yoga, Zumba, showers and saunas is a 5 minute walk from here. The marina has a wonderful boardwalk to view the estuary and across the water to the Comox Ice Cap. Killer Whales have been spotted in and around the Marina. Goosespit beach is a 5 minute drive where you can swim, walk and see wonderful views across the Strait to the mainland. Nestled in Strathcona Park, Mount Washington Ski resort is only a 30 minute drive away. Guest access You have 1000 square feet of living space in a home with a bedroom with queen bed, kitchenette and living room in the downstairs of the home. Enjoy the peace of the back garden. Other things to note Please note that there is a short flight of stairs down to the suite. This is Vancouver Island and we are close to Wilderness areas. There are racoons in the neighbourhood which occasionally wander through the back garden at night. As this is my family home you may occasionally hear a bit of normal family banter from upstairs.
