The dining area has a table that seats 12 people. The living room features Italian leather sectional sofa with power recliners, 3 swivel rocking chairs, and a 65" smart Sony TV with sports, music, TV shows, movies, and news channels. The first floor also has a half bath, a laundry room with sink, full size washer and dryer, and a bunk room that sleeps 6 people in 6 custom built-in twin extra long beds with stairs. The bunk room also has beach view and direct access to the decks. The elevator is available for additional fee ($150 per stay). The second floor has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and 55" smart TV. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and a full size beds. Please stay off the dunes and bushes. Stay on the dune walkover to get to the beach. Always watch your steps when you walk on grasses or the walkover. BUGS: ants, mosquitoes, chiggers, palmetto bugs, cockroaches, silverfishes, spiders, love bugs, big bugs, small bugs, tiny bugs, and all kinds of bugs are part of Galveston's life. Because we are in the coastal region with wetlands and open ditches surrounding. To control these pests, the house has been scheduled to be sprayed quarterly and annually by our local pest control company. Per our pest control company, the spraying does not prevent them from crawling or flying in during the open and close of getting in and out of the house. However, if they do get in, they won't survive. You might see them unexpectedly during your stay. Do not leave the door open, close it immediately after use. Please do not bring food, snacks, candy into the bedrooms to prevent ants. Please do not leave food crumbs on the floor, inside the house will attract ants, or the ground floor, outside where the dining table is, will attract wild animals such as snakes, ants, bugs. NEW CONSTRUCTION: The house is in underdeveloped communities. We do not know exactly when new construction will start or how long to expect construction on any house to last. You may reserve a house at a time when there is no construction, but it may begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience that may result.
