Come and stay at our fully-furnished 3 bedroom beach bungalow for the summer and enjoy all that Hermosa and Manhattan Beach have to offer... without every using a car! Now with new flagstone patio, outdoor dining area under the lights, a cozy fire pit and synthetic grass turf in our backyard.. and a volleyball court! Our house is located on one of the best streets in Hermosa, right next to the famous "green belt" that you can use to walk or bike into downtown Hermosa or Manhattan Beach. Or, if you prefer some sand, sun and surf, take the 10 minute walk to Hermosa Beach where you can enjoy the ocean or watch a beautiful sun set. The master suite is amazing... its the reason we bough the house. It includes a huge bedroom with high ceilings, a humongous walk-in closet and a giant bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The master suite also has a 50" flat screen TV, as well as a sliding glass door that opens into the private backyard... great for letting summer breezes flow though the house. The spacious second bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the smaller third bedroom, which is perfect for a kid or two. It has a single bed with another pull out single underneath. The large living room has plenty of open space and also includes a 50" flat screen plus a home entertainment system. The adjacent dining area has sliding glass doors that also open up into the private back yard. The backyard is completely kid and pet friendly. The patio has a teak dining area with seating for eight. Its a great place for outdoor dinner, protected from the breeze. Its fenced in and spacious enough to play ball or lay out and get some sun. Its also got a very nice mini volleyball court which is great for practice. Enjoy our grill as well. The garage has room for 1 car, our washer and dryer and tons of beach toys, and the driveway can hold three more cars. If necessary, there is plenty of parking on the street as well. Parking is never a problem. We are also just around the corner from the best park in Hermosa Beach: Valley Park is only a five minute walk down the "green belt". The park has a huge field for soccer and other sports, picnic areas, BBQ pits, and handful of great jungle gyms that can entertain the kids for hours. Great for birthdays or just spending time with the kids. When you want to get out of the south bay, Venice Beach and Santa Monica are 30 minutes away, and you can make it to Hollywood or down town Los Angeles in less than 45 minutes. LAX is only 15 minutes away. Or, take the 10 minute drive up into Palos Verdes to see some amazing sights and pristine coves that will make you forget you are in sprawling Los Angeles. When you are not at the beach, enjoy Fios TV and a super-fast Internet. Cleaning included. Utilities included: central air, new water heater, gas, water. Make use of our beach toys, bikes and surfboards as well! Guest access You will have access to all spaces in the house except the master closet, but don't worry we will provide a portable hanger for your clothes and you'll have access our chest of drawers which is more than enough storage. Other things to note The trampoline and treehouse in the back yard is strictly off limits to anyone during your stay. You are liable for any accidents related to the trampoline, and you (the guest) is responsible for keeping all people at our property off the trampoline.
