Great location! Awesome space for a couples for a weekend getaway in Fort Collins. A couple minutes from campus and downtown Fort Collins. We are a one mile walk to CSU Stadium and very close to get on the MAX Transport! We are located midtown Fort Collins which is close to the action and also in safe neighborhood. Nice place to crash after visiting the breweries :). Your parking lot is just north of driveway off of Harvard St in the gravel lot on the side of the house. The space This cozy and quiet area sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed and is walking distance from Walgreens, shops, The Moot House for drinks and the CSU Vet school. You are minutes from downtown and the University! You are a 5-8 minute walk to the MAX station, which goes to the University and Downtown every 10 min! It's $1.25 a ride, transfers and youth are free! Call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for more info! This space is only one mile away from CSU football stadium. You can walk or take the MAX. Guest access Full access to the suite is to the north of the property and around back. You will get a code the day of your stay at 9am. There is a patio area that will provide a quiet space for relaxing during the summer. There is a firepit and charcoal grill as well. This space is not intended for parties, only for relaxing and enjoying each others company. Other things to note Guests access the space through the back door and could access our cleaning office through the breezeway, however this space is not intended to be shared and is monitored with cameras. There are no cameras in your space only our office and the parking lot. The Cleaning business office is attached to the breezeway and would be shared for laundry and restroom only during business hours between 9-5, however the manager usually leaves at 3 or is not there during the day. The office is for picking up supplies, cars and washing laundry. The office is not open to the public, so the only people in our space work for the company and have been vetted. Again, this should not impact your stay. After 5 the space will be yours completely. There is also a main house facing Drake which is rented out as an Airbnb. There is a door off the breezeway to that space. You will not have access to that space, nor do they to your space. Your room should be very quiet as you do not share any walls with the other airbnb.
