Our comfortable studio is located in the heart of Rosario city. Suitable for two people, the apartment is very close to shopping areas, places to eat and drink at night and several medical attention centers. It's also at walking distance from areas of interest like Paseo Pellegrini, Oroño Boulevard and Independence Park. The studio has all the amenities the guests may expect: two individuals or one queen-size bed, fridge, stove, a table with four chairs, shower, cable TV and wi-fi connection. It's an ideal space to spend a weekend as a couple or to host a lone-traveler for a long period. The studio is for exclusive use of guests. Both hosts are located close to the studio and will be available to assist any guest's needs or inquiries. This part of the city center is highly enjoyable. Away from the noise and hustle of the city's business center, the neighbourhood has several supermarkets, night and day bars and restaurants, medical attention centers, pharmacies, shopping areas, parks and open spaces, and a lot of bus stops that will help you connect with the rest of the city. It's a safe and quiet neighbourhood. BY BUS: - On the corner, the Q or K buses connect the studio with the whole city. Bus 140 is also a good option to move towards the city center. Three blocks away, San Luis street offers several bus stops that will connect with every corner of the city. - We reccomend downloading the MOVI app, where you can check every bus routes and schedules BY CAR: - The neighbourhood has multiple private parkings and also public parking areas by the sidewalks (paid on week days and free on weekends) BY TAXI: - Unfortunately, Uber does not work in Rosario. Instead, we reccomend using EasyTaxi or SheTaxi (only female drivers). Both apps are available for iOS and Android. By bike: - If you are like us and love to explore cities by bicycle, Rosario is ideal for you. The city has a public bikes system called "Mi Bici, Tu bici". There are two pick-up/drop-off bike stations very close to the studio, so you can cycle anywhere! Download the "Mi bici tu bici" app and get info about very station. FROM THE AIRPORT: If you arrive to Rosario by plane, you will land an Malvinas Argentinas Airport located in Fisherton neighbourhood, at aproximately 14km away from the city center. To get to the studio, you have several options: - Airport "Remisse": this are official airport cars that will take you to the city center for $300 pesos (u$s 15, 10 euros aprox) - Public bus: the 115 bus will take you straight from the airport to Italia and San Luis (two blocks away from the apartment). The ticket is $15 per person (extremely cheap if you do the math). Bad news: you will need coins to pay for the ticket. OR you can ask some local passenger to pay for your ticket with their bus-card, and you can give them cash in exchange (this is a common thing to do, so don't be shy). - AEROMovi: this is a new service provided by the city. It's an airport public bus, more comfortable than the regular bus (with spaces to place your suitcases and better seats). It has a fixed schedule that you can check on arrival and the ticket costs $90 per person. You can buy these tickets ahead online, just Google it up! This one will leave you at Plaza Sarmiento (aprox five blocks away from the studio) FROM THE BUS STATION: If you want to take a taxi, walk a few blocks away from the station and just stop one on the streets. The station taxis there are not very trustworthy. You can also get one by EasyTaxi or She Taxi (remember Uber is not available) You can take several buses that will take you straight to the studio. Get out of the Station and walk to Cordoba St and Cafferata. There you can take 141, 115, 142 or 102 and they will leave you at San Luis and Italia (two blocks away from the flat) If you're going to stay in Rosario for a while, we reccomend buying your bus-card at the Bus Station on arrival. The card is $30 and you should charge at least $100 on it (each ticket is $15). If you're a passing visitor, do that thing of asking some local to pay for your ticket with your card and give them the cash. We insist, it's quite common to do that. If you have any other questions about how to get around the city, ask away!
