Hays Nature Preserve is off of Hwy 431 South, 4 miles from CC with miles of paved and natural trails for walking or biking. Flint River meanders through the Preserve and is a beautiful place to relax, fish in pond or river (license required for river). 2nd entrance approximately 1 mile from CC-closed for adding bike lane and new bridges Studio/guest house. The space A quiet and cozy studio ready for you to enjoy. Guest access Pond, field and patio areas.....anywhere there is a chair....it’s for you to relax and enjoy! Don’t forget the swing! Other things to note Covered parking: during inclement weather, guest are out of rain/sleet/snow..... from car to front door you are covered. No umbrellas needed.
