Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, the home is ideally situated: • 30 minutes to DFW Airport • 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas • 10 minutes to Plano • 12 minutes to Richardson • 20 minutes to Frisco • 50 minutes to Choctaw Casino & Resort One of the standout attractions is the Seasons SevenXVII IG wall — perfect for photos and social moments. The game room is a full entertainment zone with a 55” LG Smart TV, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and two arcade cabinets loaded with 7,000+ modded games. Multiple Smart TVs throughout the home are streaming-ready (just log in with your accounts), and both the game room and living room include sound bars and subwoofers for an immersive movie or music experience. The living area offers ample, comfortable seating for relaxing evenings. The dining area seats 6–8 guests, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter. The space: This stunning two-story property is fully equipped for both short and long-term stays, offering comfort and entertainment at every turn. Included Amenities: • Self check-in • Washer & dryer with detergent • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion • Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances • High-speed internet • Thorough cleaning and sanitization after every stay 🍳 The fully stocked kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and everything you need for meal prepping, entertaining or to even cook like a pro. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: All four bedrooms are upstairs: • Bedroom 1: King bed • Bedroom 2: Two twin beds • Bedrooms 3 & 4: Queen beds All beds include mattress covers and 1.5-inch plush toppers for extra comfort. Each bedroom also features additional seating. Roll-out beds, a large sectional, and a blue couch are available to accommodate up to 13 guests total. 🚿 Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms total — two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The master bath features a beautifully designed dual shower, perfect for two adults. Additional Notes: • The garage and under-stair closet are off-limits to guests. • The Samsung French door fridge works great, though the ice maker has its quirks — we always leave ice in the freezer just in case. • Plug-in air fresheners are used throughout the home to maintain a fresh, pleasant scent. • The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably, with seven total beds available. Guests booking for more than 12 should note the bed count and plan accordingly. 📺Smart TVs & Streaming: All TVs are equipped with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime Video, etc.). We do not provide logins, so please use your own and remember to log out before departure. 🍃Outdoor Features: Enjoy a private backyard with a cozy fire pit, outdoor seating, a covered BBQ grill, and our favorite — a cornhole set. Cornhole patterns may vary based on season or normal wear, but are always available and ready for guest use. 🗝️Guest Access & Policies: Check-in is fully automated, and only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all. We’re excited to host you and make your time here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home besides the in the garage in the back. It is locked at all times. Other things to note Just 1.3 miles down the road, you'll find the beautiful Bethany Lakes Park in Allen, TX. This serene outdoor area offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With its picturesque lakes, walking trails, and picnic areas, it's the perfect spot for individuals and families to enjoy nature and unwind, you can even bring your own bread & feed the ducks! Also just a heads up, because of where we're located, we're required to get a government-issued ID from the guest once the booking is confirmed. Thanks!
