This is a single floor home shared shared with the owners. We offer two private bedrooms with comfortable queen beds right next to a single private guest bathroom for up to four people. There's easy off street parking and keypad access to the front door. It's one mile from the ocean, beach, train station, brewery and town center. Half mile to I-95 and ten minute drive to Yale in New Haven. This smoking and pet free home with hardwood, tile and air conditioning makes for a great summer retreat! The space If you care to venture outside, we have a grassy back-yard with a one person tree-hammock/chair that makes for a lovely place to read a book. There's also a patio and a deck with table and chairs if you'd like to grab take-out food from one of the many nearby restaurants to enjoy outside in the sun. If you're here at the right time you'll be able to explore the vegetable and berry gardens we have in both the front-yard and back-yard. There is no TV in this home. Enjoy the absence of media or use our WiFi to stream content to your own device. Guest access Feel free to use the coffee maker, toaster, microwave, deck, patio, yard, living room, desk and dining room. Use of the stove/oven/grill/fire-pit is not permitted. You may store food items in the kitchen/fridge. During your stay We live in the residence and are up for talking if you have questions, need a dining suggestion or want to learn more about the area. Other things to note You'll be sleeping on queen size spring coil mattress with integrated memory foam top. Fresh cotton linens encase goose down pillows and comforter. Clean towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided.
