This lovely, freshly decorated apartment is perfect for a quick weekend away or a long stay for work. Long term guests welcome! It boasts two queen bedrooms, a large kitchen, and washer/dryer. It is located in a central part of Lynchburg which makes for easy commutes to the hospital for work, Liberty for school, or downtown for a night out. We are 15 mins from the hospital and 10 minutes from Liberty University, the library, Kroger, and many yummy restaurants and coffee shops. The space This apartment is one side of a duplex. My family lives on the other side. We will not bug you, but are close by in case you need anything. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen sized beds + a futon and a TV with Hulu/Amazon Video/Netflix. Your own washer/dryer are also at your disposal. Fresh linens and extra towels are supplied. The wifi is good and there are coffee grounds in the freezer:) Guest access The apartment is completely separate. The only shared space is a large deck on the back of the house. There is a picnic table and other tables and chairs on the deck for your enjoyment. Other things to note +If you are staying more than three days, you will need to maintain your own laundry, towels, bedding. (towels and bedding provided) +My kids, husband, and I play outside, picnic on the deck, etc. We will be around, but will never intrude. +Please no smoking inside or near the home, we ask that loud music and movies be kept to a minimum after 10 pm, and no parties but otherwise please use the apartment as your own home.
