DC Oasis! The Hemingway Room

Stay in a sunny beach cottage oasis in DC!!? What? Yes! Bedroom in a cute renovated house with a nice two-level backyard -- great for chilling out and/or cookouts. The bedroom *and* bathroom are private for the guests. Please note: Kitchen may be used to make tea/coffee but not for elaborate meals. You may use the microwave to warm up something simple, but not the stove or oven. On bus line to center of DC. Typically, a shared Uber / Lyft is $7 to the very center of DC. Parking available. The space NOTE: The room has one Queen bed. There is no possibility for separate beds. Kitchen can be used to make tea/coffee but not for elaborate meals. The use of the stove and/or oven is not permitted. You may use the microwave. You can store some small items in fridge if you like. Guest access The listing is for a room in a house plus a private bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen for making coffee/tea, but please no elaborate meals. Check out time is 12 noon, although I can be flexible on a case by case basis, if the room is not scheduled for another person. Check in time is between 2pm and 11pm but please message me on your planned check-in time so I can be sure to be present at your precise check-in time. Thank you! Other things to note Please note we are a shoes-free house -- please leave your shoes near the entryway. If you have flip-flops (or similar indoor shoes) please bring them along: you are welcome to wear those indoors.
